NLDC April 15-17, 2013

By Invitation Only:
To apply for an invitation to NLDC 2013, or if you have received an invitation, you must complete the registration form below and submit to be accepted as an Attendee. An NLDC Representative will contact qualifying attendees to confirm the registration.

Registration Fees:
Thanks to our generous Sponsors. There are NO FEES for conference registration or the golf outing.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to an anticipated capacity attendance and the investment of Sponsors to cover the conference registration and golf outing fees, we respectfully ask that any cancellations be received by March 29, 2013. Your consideration in this matter will open a spot for another executive on our registrant waiting list.

Substitution Policy:
Substitutions within the same company are permitted. Substitutions must be submitted in writing. Phone substitutions will not be accepted.

Travel:
Each attendee is responsible for all travel expenses. Complimentary bus transportation from The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center will be provided for golf outing participants.

Accommodations:
Each attendee is responsible for hotel and incidental expenses, and must make their own reservations by calling the hotel directly. The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center will be holding rooms with a special NLDC room rate under the group code National Logistics & Distribution Conference. Terms:
By submitting this form you acknowledge that you understand your registration will be reviewed to insure that you meet the Conference Attendee Qualifications, and that due to a limited number of seats, acceptance of qualifying attendees is on a first come first selected basis. You further understand that Peach State Integrated Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to decline your registration submittal, and that if your registration submittal is declined, you will be notified immediately by e-mail. Additionally, you understand that NLDC 2013 will be recorded in video and still photography formats, and as an attendee you agree to unconditionally release the rights for use of any video or photography containing your likeness to NLDC and Peach State Integrated Technologies, Inc.
